The "Museum of Games and Computers of the Past Era" exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the Exhibition) is organized by the Games and Computers of the Past Era Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation).
Entry to the exhibition is allowed for people with a valid ticket.
The season ticket must have a validity period and the name of the holder filled
One day ticket must have the validity date and the name of the holder or the crossed out holder field
Tickets with the name and surname of the holder filed allow for multiple admission to the exhibition during the period of validity
Exhibition visitors are free to use all computers, consoles and other gaming devices previously tuned on by museum staff.
It is forbidden to::
self-starting devices that are turned off,
replacement of software carriers (diskettes, cartridges) in devices,
disconnecting devices or their peripherals or connecting your own devices peripherals,
accessing equipment and other exhibits physically separated from guests (e.g. placed in glass cases) or attempting to do it.
In the event of a malfunction or damage to the device in use, the guest is obliged to immediately notify the exhibition staff.
Guests are not responsible for damage to devices resulting from regular use.
Guests are responsible for damage to devices resulting from their improper use - e.g. hitting, dropping from a height, tearing out the cable, other mechanical damage. The responsibility is to reimburse the cost of purchasing the same or similar device in a similar condition, according to the average price from publicly available auction sites. The guardian is responsible for damage caused by children in the care of adults.
Children under 15 years of age may use the Exhibition only under adult supervision.
It is forbidden to enter the Exhibition under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants. The staff may ask for leave the exhibition, without the right to refund the cost of the ticket, people whose behavior indicates such a state.
It is forbidden to eat food and drinks while using devices. Guests are required to pay any costs arising from failure to comply with this requirement (e.g. repurchase of damaged equipment).
Guests are required to leave the Exhibition before the closing hours of the exhibition on a given day.
Any comments, suggestions or objections to the operation of the Exhibition should be reported in person to representatives of the Exhibition at its place of operation, in writing to the address of the Foundation's headquarters or by e-mail to the address of the museum (at) gikme.pl
